Alldata Instructions:
YOU MUST BE IN SAFE MODE
Boot into safe mode:
1. Restart computer
2. As soon as computer starts to boot hit the F8 key and keep hitting key until you get the advanced boot options.
4. Hit enter to boot into safe mode.
First and foremost, DISCONNECT !!! from the INTERNET then run Setup.exe. Accept the licensing agreement. At this point FLEXnet will be installed. FLEXnet is a program that allows applications like Alldata to communicate with the internet.
You will see a popup message that says 'If your subscription key is not already attached, please attach it now. To continue the installation, please click 'OK' - DO NOT CLICK OK!!!
Press CRTL/ALT/DELETE to open up the Windows Task Manager and end the process setup.exe - Ignore the warnings.
2. Apply the crack in folder 'Alldata_10.40_key2'
(Copy ACE.EXE & ACE.INI to C:ALLDATAW overwriting the files already there.)
*NOTE* INSTALLING TO A DIFFERENT DIRECTORY:
If you install Alldata to any location OTHER than the default, when you run the keychange program, it will put the two patched files in the default location, which is C:ALLDATAW
You will need to go to that location after running the keychange, copy those two files and paste them into the folder where you placed the AllData program.
3. Uninstall FLEXnet!!!, using SoftwareManagerUninstall.exe It can be found in Alldata 1Q 2011 10.40-Full Install-Only dir. to uninstall FLEXnet from your system.
7. Firewall Aladdin HASP License Manager Service:
Open up your firewall settings and click 'Do not allow Aladdin HASP License Manager Service to access the internet!!!'
c:WindowsSystem32HASPLMS.EXE or c:Windowssystem32setupaladdinhasphlHASPLMS.EXE
*NOTE*
Since there are about a bajillion firewalls out there I cannot give individual instructions for each one, but you now have the file name so you'll be able to figure it out in your own firewall!

Right click on 'My Computer' and choose 'MANAGE', Then go to SERVICES, and look for HASP in the right hand side.
Right click on the HASP Service and choose STOP. Set to Disable. Also, check that your firewall hasn't made exceptions for HASP. PS: I did not find the HASP service on XP PRO!!
Your Alldata program will now say 'Version 10.40' and all will be right with the world once again!
